In the last 6 months or so there have been a ton of new ska/reggae releases.
This week I just got the new Dr.Ring 'Back and Forth', and Vic Ruugierro's 'Hambuguru' from Jump Up Records. And about a month ago I got the new Deal's Gone Bad 'Rambler's! I think around the same time I got Chris Murray's 'Slackness' from Unstrictly Roots, and Robin was kind enough to send over a few tunes from the new Rizorchestra 'American Guitar', also on that label.
This week we also have the launch of Australia's The Signals new CD 'Rocking Steady'...check it out!!
Last week I got Kingston Kitchen 'Today's Special' from Megalith Records.
Also from Megalith I have picked up the new Hub City Stompers'Dirty Jersey', and Babylove and The Van Dangos 'Run Run Rudie'.
So as you can see, theres a big stack of mostly new music sitting on my desk here. Some of whats included in the this episode is albums I've been listening to quite a bit lately, which are not so new.
